I studied Ceramics and then I moved on doing an Ms Degree in Art Therapy. I moved between England and Greece several times and both countries hold a space in my heart. I am mother of two and enjoying immensely the role. These experiences inform my work. I draw inspiration from my surroundings as well as the people that I interact with. The playfulness of children, the colours of my country, the memory of an interaction are all there in what I make. Teaching ceramics to adults is inspiring and gives me new challenges to develop alongside with them my knowledge on material and form. On the other hand, free sensory play with children is an amazing experience. Here I can watch little entities develop problem solving and explore their own little worlds.
